FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Metal Devastation PR Bands Featured in Germany’s Legacy Magazine – Noxium Ferus, Monoliyth, Wrath of Belial, and Drudensang Spotlighted
Metal Devastation PR is thrilled to announce a massive feature in Germany’s iconic Legacy Magazine , showcasing a deep dive into some of the most exciting acts in the underground metal scene. The issue includes an exclusive interview with Norwegian Black Metal visionaries Noxium Ferus , alongside in-depth reviews and features of Monoliyth , Wrath of Belial , and Drudensang .
From the fjords of Norway, Noxium Ferus has been brewing a Black Metal experience that’s both primal and sophisticated. Their re-released debut, The Urge To Attract All Power , explores themes of Satanism, mythology, and human darkness through crushing riffs, ritualistic drumming, and an atmosphere that’s both cosmic and aggressive. Singer Expen Dyngen explains, “I want to bring the darkness of humanity to the world and say it’s okay to feel this way.” Fans can expect a uniquely crafted aesthetic, from the album artwork to the video for “Phallic Prize,” all realized in collaboration with the artist Falah.
Australian death metallers Monoliyth are making waves with their technical, Old School Death Metal concept album He Who Kills . Packed with crushing riffs, haunting vocals, and orchestrated instrumental passages, the album blends aggression with precision. The opener, “Rise of the Unhallowed,” sets the tone, while the title track delivers punishing hooks for die-hard Death Metal fans. 16 years in the making, He Who Kills is a bold evolution for the band, pushing technical prowess and narrative depth.
After eight years, Danish melodic death metallers Wrath of Belial return with Embers of Dead Empires , a brutal and melodic journey through decay and destruction. The album’s cover, designed by Idr Daemonorph, mirrors the themes explored within: grisliness, ruin, and merciless intensity. Tracks like “Dismantling Logos” and “The Devouring Mother” deliver relentless riffs, hammering drums, and haunting melodies, while the closing epic “Weight of the Transcendent” showcases the band’s full range of speed, aggression, and melodic mastery.
Bavarian occultists Drudensang are redefining the concept of the “total work of art” in Black Metal with their MCD Geysterzvvang . Singer Krámpn explains that every element—visuals, lyrics, instrumentation, and live presentation—carries symbolic weight. “We don’t want to build a religion or a sacrificial altar; we want to stir up the offering fire,” he states. Drawing inspiration from Alpine mysticism, occult philosophy, and ritualistic presentation, Geysterzvvang fuses atmospheric Black Metal with profound thematic depth. The production, handled by Markus Werr of Folter Records, perfectly captures the band’s madness, magic, and passion.
This feature in Legacy Magazine also highlights legends such as Mille Petrozza (Kreator) on the cover, alongside articles on Pungent Stench, Amorphis, Paradise Lost, Moonspell , and more—demonstrating the magazine’s dedication to connecting underground metal to a broader audience.
Metal Devastation PR is committed to elevating underground metal bands, giving them visibility in major publications while preserving their artistic integrity.
