Mexico City is gearing up for the second edition of MetaMorfosis Prog Fest , a premier event celebrating the best of progressive metal. Following the immense success of its debut in 2023, which nearly sold out and showcased top talent from Latin America, the festival returns with even greater ambition.

MetaMorfosis Prog Fest is more than just a festival—it's a movement. The event aims to unite the diverse subgenres of progressive metal under a shared vision: breaking musical boundaries with rich textures and intricate soundscapes. The festival has become a beacon for progressive metal enthusiasts in Mexico, offering a platform for both national and international artists to showcase their talents.

In 2023, the festival's first edition was held at the Multiforo Urbano Bajo Circuito and featured bands like Anima Tempo , Obesity , Giant Sleeper (Costa Rica), Oktrad , and Lanth . The exceptional reception from attendees underscored the growing demand for progressive metal in the region.

This year, MetaMorfosis Prog Fest 2024 will take place at the iconic Circo Volador in Mexico City. The lineup includes some of the most exciting names in the scene:

• Venue Hours: 9:00 - 01:00 (including load-in and load-out)
• Tickets: $500 MXN in pre-sale, $600 MXN in the month of the event
• Expected Attendance: 350 to 400 attendees
• All Ages Event
