Legendary Jackson Black Metal Band Soma Irot Joins Tennessee Metal Devastation Music Fest Lineup

The Tennessee Metal Devastation Music Fest is thrilled to announce the addition of local legends Soma Irot to our 2024 lineup. Fans of the Jackson, TN metal scene from the early 2000s will remember Soma Irot as pioneers who significantly shaped the local metal landscape. Their return to the stage is a monumental event for both long-time fans and new listeners alike.

Soma Irot, renowned for their kvlt black metal sound reminiscent of Darkthrone, combined with the grinding intensity of High On Fire and the southern sludge of EYEHATEGOD, will bring a powerful and nostalgic performance to the festival. This announcement marks the 11th band confirmed for this year's festival, further building the anticipation for what promises to be an unforgettable event.
