Tibbie Skye West is the former front woman of the South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania punk band GASH. Her first interview in which she discusses that band and their impact on punk appeared on Autoeroticasphyxium’s blog in September 2015. Since then GASH disbanded and West went on to tour the U.S. with Reagan Youth and join Madame St. Beatrice’s new band as guitarist. Madame St. Beatrice is loosely described as being “feminist fronted rock” though West would prefer a band to be a band without separation. West has also taken up painting and has some of her work posted with the interview. See it at the link below:
