German rock visionaries SATIN WHITE have officially released their brand-new album BORN along with the provocative new music video for the lead single “Well-Born.” Blending catchy melodies, groovy rhythms, and theatrical storytelling, BORN is now available on all major streaming platforms.

About “Well-Born”

Filmed at the opulent Villa Denis in Diemerstein , the “Well-Born” video is a surreal satire of decadence, ego, and delusion. The story follows an abandoned king (guitarist Frank Schnitzer ) living in a fantasy world with only his imaginary jester (vocalist/bassist Carsten Kettering ) for company. Outraged by media reports and fake news, the king builds a queen from a doll — the “Plastic Queen” — and loses himself in illusion. Guided by the jester, he confronts the madness behind the glamour in a daily cycle of denial and chaos.

The video was co-produced by Andreas Gemmel and SATIN WHITE and has already been selected for the 2025 Berlin Music Video Awards , appearing alongside industry giants Linkin Park and Lady Gaga .

SATIN WHITE draws its name and concept from the psychology of color — with white symbolizing rebirth, hope, and infinite possibilities. The album’s title BORN reflects that message, while the music dives deep into the darker truths hidden beneath.

Band Background

Carsten Kettering is known for his work with Ross The Boss (Manowar, The Dictators), contributing to the acclaimed albums New Metal Leader and Hailstorm , and performing at festivals like Bloodstock , Masters of Rock , and Keep It True . He’s also worked with MAJESTY , Hammer King , and more.

Frank Schnitzer , a versatile guitarist, singer, and teacher, has played across Europe in everything from rock bands to brass ensembles. He is also half of the acoustic duo TRUE VOICES .
