I have the impression that Hegeroth implement their music ideas for albums quite quickly. I feel they are constantly present on the stage and ... uncompromising. It's time for their fifth album Disintegration, which contains 10 furious and grim (...The Snake...) black metal tracks. The band plays varied songs, they don't repeat themselves musically much, I hear many guitar variations in their songs (Debased). However, fierce and grim riffs are present here mostly (...The Ritual...), but this is definitely not the only attribute this album possesses...Hegeroth add playful but wicked melodies to the music which sound great (.. .Uplifted ...The Shepherd...), and it give the band sort of identity, although everything sound in the standard of black metal album (...The Queen of Spiders...). I can hear a bit of Immortal, Empepror or even Unleashed on this album (The Shepherd for example, has some of that Viking riffs), but in the end it sounds like Hegeroth - they do not submit to influences of other bands that much. Vocalist uses screams that spitt black blood off my speakers, which add more darkness to the music, next to the rough sounds of the instruments (...The Ring...). It all deliver generic, not surprising black metal but that`s it, it fits the way Hegeroth is expressing their black metal! There are lots of memorable harmonies in the music, but also some chaotic drums transitions, so the band balances within the boundaries of creativity and imperfections (this is not a complaint, it's black metal that I want to listen from Hegeroth). I really appreciate the drummer's playing as he beats the drums almost old school, straight to the point, keeps the rhythm, and his play varies in relation to the guitar lines, which sometimes may give a false impression of hyperactivity. The album Disintegration is cold, frosty (...An Accident...), but in its own way is morphing beatifully in its darkness (previous albums were also like that). Hegeroth can play rough, aggressive, but somewhat complex (...The Dirt...) songs as well. Some of the high-pitched guitar passages border on epicness, and that's only thanks to the solid black metal riffs and metallic sound of bass.

Once again, Hegeroth delivers desirable black metal album. I would feel bad if I were you if I didn't buy this album, which I encourage everyone to do so. monarchmagazine

The Disintegration album is open and energetic black metal not devoid of non-genre influences. The dark and non-obvious melodics, diversity and multilayered nature are reinforced by the title Disintegration, which heralds the imminent collapse of the ideological machine imposing the only correct model of thinking.

The Disintegration album contains 9 tracks recorded in the band's studio (HH Soundlab Studios). The cover artwork was created by Maciej Kamuda (Blut aus Nord, Nunslaughter, Master, Kingdom, Deceased). The album's publisher will be the band itself, which once again, from the recording of the first riff to the physical medium, is overseeing the entire production and publishing process.

Disintegration will be available as a CD (jewel), digital version and on streaming services.
