About Idaslet
“The band was created back in 2019 from an idea by Magnus Berthelsen, with Kristian Ellingsøe further composing songs and musical ideas that Berthelsen had kept from a previous band lineup.
They recruited Rune Jegsmark as the drummer and independently produced the album “Lurernes Glammen” the next year.
As part of the release of their debut album, Idaslet added three members and quickly secured opening concerts for Svartsot while working on songwriting for the next album.
With the expansion of band members, Idaslet's songwriting has incorporated elements from other genres such as black and death metal, as well as elements from metalcore.
The band has since then performed at both smaller and larger venues and festivals in their homecountry, looking to expand to the international scene.”
