Short Bio: WARTZ is a heavy and fast 3 piece band out of the Northwest. WARTZ sound mixes elements of old school metal ( Motörhead, Metallica) with underground punk legends ( ZEKE,The Dwarves). The vocals stand out on their own, with a “ Mid- West Shithole Twang”. During the global pandemic in 2020, WARTZ released their first EP- “Worze Than The Cure” - produced by Jack Endino ( Nirvana, Soundgarden, High on Fire..the list is long). WARTZ returned to the studio, again w/ Jack to record their upcoming EP, titled “Run Em’ Down”. The first single “ A Sucker Gets Born” is proof that once you get WARTZ in your ear-hole, is hard to get em out..
