Requiem For Oblivion embodies both the fragility and brutality of life and is currently a two piece, hard hitting, hybrid death metal outfit hailing from Erie, PA. The project consists of Steven J (extended range guitars, vocals, bass and synth) and Michael S (drums). The bands mix of atmospheric, technical, progressive, slam, death metal is complemented by real life lyrics of addiction and recovery, mental illness and peace, violence and hope, oppression and freedom.
