A demo "Evilspell" in 2006, the second in 2007 "First Attack", then a first album in 2010 "Antisocial Satan" followed by the second opus "Necrology" in 2013 and in 2014 a split cd... and in 2021, here they are again 7 years later.

It is the return of the Italians of EVIL SPELL who arrive with their third album entitled "Padre Vostro" in a Speed Black Thrash Metal register with a song that will be in the line of Mille Petrozza with in addition, a darkness and a tortured aspect that will sometimes prove hysterical and depressive at the same time, as for example on "Padre Vostro" or "Bread".

Musically, the titles will be mostly tonic with aggressive and sometimes even brutal touches. We will feel an influence of groups like KREATOR but also some passages that can make us think of IMPALED NAZARENE.

And we are not finished, because we will also find good traces of Thrash Old School in the solos and in the riffs that will be intertwined with very Heavy Black Metal riffs and to conclude this cocktail, a dark atmosphere will be felt randomly especially in moderate breaks.

The instrumental title "Necrology" (perhaps in homage to the 2013 album!) performed on the organ, cathedral sound, will be endowed with a noise behind imitating the howl of a siren in the first place and then paranormal and / or abyssal sounds.

A killing "Evil Slaugther" Heavy/black, will end this album, even if the musical break hovering, with bass, will soften the whole, the restart will be all the more severe with solo and obvious heaviness.

This opus puts an end to seven years of waiting for fans of the band who will be delighted to discover it and fans of Speed Black Thrash Metal should also find satisfaction.

22 OCTOBER: EVIL SPELL “Padre Vostro” CD Release!

Another band is joining the roster of Blasphemous Records - Music for the Masses Records…and it’s EVILSPELL who’s been active in the metal scene for over a decade.

The agreement provides for the release of the new record, entitled “Padre Vostro”, which will feature 9 new tracks in pure Speed/Black EVIL SPELL style, by fans of early Kreator, Sodom, Hellhammer and Nifelheim .

“PADRE VOSTRO” will be released on October, 22, 2021 and will be distributed by Sleaszy Rider Records (USA and Mexico), Code 7 (Europe), Egea Music (Italy) and digitally on all digital music stores. The promotion will be entrusted to Metal Devastation USA, Grand Sounds (Europe) and Mazzarella Press Office (Italy).
