Polish Death Metal Legends VADER Wrap Up Summer 2025 Concerts and Announce Future Plans

Polish death metal icons VADER have officially wrapped up their summer 2025 concert season with three explosive shows during the final weekend of August. Frontman Peter Wiwczarek took to social media to thank fans and reveal what’s next for the legendary band.

Vader Close Out 2025 European Shows

“VADERMANIAX!!! We ended the summer concert season with three concerts in the last weekend of August. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH for wonderful moments and total craziness and Massive Music for organization and great atmosphere on all trips in the summer season 2025 \m/” shared Peter.

The August shows marked the final Vader performances in Europe for 2025 , but the band isn’t slowing down. Next up is the highly anticipated Carnival of Death Tour across the USA and Canada in October .

Plans for 2026 and Beyond

For fans in Poland, there’s hope for more carnage before the year ends. Vader and Massive Music are looking into organizing one more weekend of shows in December. Looking ahead to 2026, the band is planning to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their crushing 2006 album “Impressions in Blood” , alongside a new edition of their 1999 album “Kingdom.”

Peter also teased something entirely new:

“There are also plans for something special that we haven't done before… but let's wait for the specifics. The new Vader album will definitely be made next year—but let’s rather expect the release at the beginning of 2027.”

Litany 25th Anniversary Reissue

Earlier this year, Vader celebrated another milestone: the 25th Anniversary of their classic 2000 album “Litany” . Reissued on vinyl through Metal Blade Records , the anniversary edition was re-mastered by Wojtek Wieslawski (Hertz Recording Studio) and comes with a 16-page booklet featuring new liner notes from Peter Wiwczarek.

Peter reflected on the record’s legacy:

“‘Litany’ was definitely our fastest and most brutal album ever recorded. This year the album celebrates its quarter-century and we want to remind you of the power of these brutal riffs. The album returns to the stages in full form. Many of the songs haven’t been played since the 2000–2001 tour. Some have never been played. Enter the world of ‘Litany’ at your own risk!”
