BLANK Announce Ferocious New Album “The Descent” – Out Friday, June 13 via Upstate Records NY

For fans of: Bodysnatcher, Get The Shot, Stray From The Path
Genre: Metallic Hardcore / Beatdown / Metal
Label: Upstate Records NY

Prepare to plunge into a brutal, unfiltered auditory experience—BLANK are set to release their crushing new album, The Descent, on Friday the 13th of June, via Upstate Records NY. With roots deep in metallic hardcore and beatdown, The Descent is a feral exploration of the human psyche, pain, and raw emotion, delivered with high energy and ruthless aggression.

Produced, mixed, and mastered by Max Lacroix at House of Gain Studio, The Descent reflects the band’s unwavering dedication to artistry, freedom of expression, and creative intensity. BLANK’s message is as honest as it is explosive—no gimmicks, just full-throttle sound aimed straight at the soul.

“We are BLANK,” the band states, “and we value artistry, freedom of expression, and creativity. We are a high-energy, in-your-face band—and this album is no different. The Descent is a staircase to the depths and pains of the human mind, coloured by the harsh tones of reality.”

Under the management of Mael Charbonneau, BLANK is ready to break through and lay waste to stages and speakers alike. With comparisons drawn to heavyweights like Bodysnatcher, Get The Shot, and Stray From The Path, The Descent promises to resonate with fans of the scene’s most aggressive and emotionally charged acts.

Get ready to descend into the chaos.
