Truly Fine Citizens formed in Denver, Colorado in 2021. The release of their first EP “Fortune of Misery” delivered an intense vision of metal equal parts brutal, technical, and atmospheric. Since hitting the live scene Truly Fine Citizens have established a reputation for their enthralling visceral performances that command a captive audience to take part in the chaos. Their newest single “Time to Shine” is a hypnotic musical journey through the depths of alcoholism. Thematically inspired by Stephen King’s classic The Shining, the thrash-fueled song finds the quartet scoring a soundtrack to the psychosis of addiction.
