"We wanted each song to have a melodic quality, while still maintaining a heavy low end, crushing guitars and busy drums," says band member Stef Forget, offering insight into their creative process. "One of our priorities was to create powerful and catchy choruses that would contribute to the overall heaviness of the song."

Taking full control of the production process, the members recorded the track in their own studio and had a hands-on approach to songwriting. The result? "This new release holds a significant place in our band's overall discography and marks an important milestone in our evolution as artists," Stef explains. "While it is Crush the Core's first official release, it sets the tone and direction for the music we have been working on. We believe that the sound and style of this release align seamlessly with our creative vision and the direction we want to take as a band."
