I already reviewed Alex Nunziati last year (for those who don't know him, Theaters Des Vampires , Malamorte and Lord Vampyr ) and I'm getting ready to listen to his new album.

Opened by haunting sounds, the track ' The Revenge of Numana ' develops with a vintage thrash, bad and without unnecessary frills. The melodic solo is beautiful, really well performed, fast, technical and with very balanced sounds.

The first aural reference is to Slayer , well present also in ' The Day the World Die Again ', I really like the merciless gait of the riffing, a punch in the face but with style. Featuring a nice tempo change, the song is never dull.

The following ' Stardust ', is even more decadent, the rhythms slowed down and then hit like blacksmiths. I would underline the preciousness of the arrangements, one of the best episodes of the album, with a truly chiseled structure as it should.

We change register and go fast with ' The Universe Doesn't Need Us ', a song of the live attitude, I imagined a nice mosh with a lot of stop and go.

' Possessed by Astral Entity ' follows the initial songs a bit, a nice massive riff that takes us up to the solo, precise as always.

We arrive at the song that gives the title to the album ' Black Space Void ", a blow without regard, a classic refrain for thrash lovers. We ride to the end without stopping.

Alex never disappoints, he puts all of himself into it and it shows. As in ' The Prophet ', the riff is singable and remains engraved in the mind, the variations are all well articulated, almost as if a machine gun hit you in full force.

Dark closing with the beautiful ' Vulnerable ' really nice mid tempo, right cadenced rhythms, flowing song and another noteworthy solo.

What can I say, the record is very beautiful and well recorded, for all metalheads! italiadimetallo
