Fading Bliss, a gothic doom metal band from Belgium, released their latest CD Journeys In Solitude last May. Fading Bliss is currently signed to Malpermesits Records, a French label promoting black, doom and folk metal. Daniel M. Ryan speaks with vocalist Dahl about the history of the band, their succession of releases (their debut EP, their self titled full length From Illusion To Despair and their new full length), the Belgian doom metal scene and other countries where they have performed including Netherlands, France, Romania and Bulgaria.
