Dear Metal Heads, 

Some time ago we posted the complete bill for METALWORKSFEST XL (Saturday, March 13, 2021 - Kubox, Kuurne). In the meantime, there has been a change in the line-up. 

Due to a change in the tour schedule, PESTILENCE is forced to cancel its appearance at the indoor festival. We hope to book the band at a future edition. 

After hearing the unfortunate news about Pestilence, we did not panic. To replace the Dutch, we ended up with not one but two bands. Both the Austrians from INSANITY ALERT (crossover) and the German thrash legends TANKARD join our bill. For the latter group it is a long-awaited return to Belgium. 

The updated line-up for Metalworksfest XL can be summarized as follows:

• TANKARD (DE, thrash metal) 

• CRISIX (ES, thrash metal) 

• ALTAR (NL, death metal) - Exclusive set “Youth Against Christ” 

• INSANITY ALERT (AT, crossover - thrash metal) 

• OCEANS (DE / AT, post-metal - metalcore) 

• SCHIZOPHRENIA (BE, thrash - death metal) 

• WINNER METALWORKS BATTLE
