Commenting on the new song, frontman James Lewis states, ““For our next single, ‘_______//‘ (the untitled song), we were lucky enough to feature our best friend Gamby, an R&B artist, on vocals, synthesizer, piano, and violin. This song details the climax of all of the stories we have composed with all of the previous singles, and the feeling of nothingness associated with giving up. “I’ve lost my faith, I’ve lost my fight”. Gamby’s haunting addition to the composition of this song was integral to delivering the somber, yet melodic darkness that we wanted to achieve. This is collectively one of our favorite songs on the album, and as always, we have a special video for the song.”
NOM∀DIC’s new single is their latest in a string of songs from the new record that the band is debuting ahead of the record’s release. Listen to the previously released tracks below.
