Decibel Magazine Premieres IATT’s New Video “An Ode to Solace”

Philadelphia progressive/symphonic blackened death metal force IATT has unveiled their brand-new video, “An Ode to Solace,” exclusively via Decibel Magazine .

The track was born in the fall of 2024, when the band retreated to a secluded cabin deep in the Pennsylvania mountains. With no phones, no distractions, and only the stillness of nature, IATT crafted one of their most personal and powerful works to date. The band even recorded the sounds of the wilderness itself, weaving them into the song’s atmosphere.

Decibel praised the piece as “an epic, powerful, and crushing blend of progressive and symphonic black and death metal” while highlighting the band’s ability to balance intensity with dynamics, using moments of silence to make the heavy passages hit even harder.

“An Ode to Solace” marks a new chapter for IATT and hints at even greater things to come.
