Melbourne’s progressive fusion jazz thrash trailblazers Alarum are proud to be part of the lineup for Steel Assassins 2025 , Australia’s only dedicated two-day festival celebrating Trad, Speed, Power, Thrash, Hard Rock, and other classic metal styles.

Taking place Friday, November 7th and Saturday, November 8th , Steel Assassins delivers a powerhouse weekend of metal with a killer roster of bands handpicked to honor the roots and evolution of heavy music. Alarum will perform on Day 1 (Friday, Nov 7th) alongside Virgin Soldiers, NACARBIDE, Flitcraft Aus, Idle Ruin, SVLEM, and Idolatry.Melbourne.

Steel Assassins is the ultimate celebration for fans craving the pure spirit of old-school metal — a festival built by the community for the community, where passion for the genre’s traditions runs wild.
