FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

RAVEN BLACK Unleashes Nightmarish New Single “THIS LITTLE PIGGY” – OUT NOW!
From the Upcoming Album Black Sonata, Releasing September 13, 2025

A Dark Carnival of Power, Pain, and Purge Begins

The twisted ringmasters of theatrical metal, RAVEN BLACK, have returned with their most diabolical creation yet. Their brand new single “THIS LITTLE PIGGY” is OUT NOW on all streaming platforms, offering a razor-edged descent into madness, vengeance, and grotesque transformation.

The track is the first taste of their upcoming full-length album Black Sonata, dropping Friday, September 13, 2025—a date fitting for the band’s wicked, horror-infused legacy.

Produced by legendary metal alchemist Ulrich Wild (Static-X, White Zombie, Deftones), “This Little Piggy” is a feral anthem for the misfits and damned, blending eerie carnival melodies with bone-shattering riffs and Raven’s signature range of chilling whispers to bloodcurdling screams. Like a nightmarish fairy tale gone wrong, the single sets the stage for a darker, more unhinged evolution of the band’s already notorious sound.

“From the first guttural growl to the final haunting laugh, this is the beginning of a new chapter—raw, primal, and unapologetically grotesque,” says Raven.

The official music video for “This Little Piggy” premiered via BraveWords and can be viewed here:

With deep roots in gothic, classical, and heavy metal, RAVEN BLACK are more than just a band—they’re a theatrical force. Their story is interwoven with that of a comic book character: a girl whose innocence was stolen, only to discover she is half-human, half-doll, accompanied by demons that protect her as she harnesses the darkness within.

Their haunting aesthetic and immersive storytelling have earned them comparisons to Avatar, In This Moment, and System of a Down, while their genre-defying sound captures everything from melodic melancholy to psychotic rage.
