INHUMAN CONDITION Announce Third Full-Length Album 'Mind Trap'
Florida-based death metal powerhouse INHUMAN CONDITION is set to unleash their highly anticipated third full-length album, Mind Trap , coming soon via Listenable Insanity Records. The band, featuring Jeramie Kling (Overkill), Taylor Nordberg (Deicide), and Terry Butler (Obituary), continues to cement their legacy in the extreme metal scene with their signature groove-driven thrashing death metal.
A Visual and Conceptual Manifestation of Modern Chaos
With cover art designed by Dan “Babe Ruth” Goldsworthy, Mind Trap is set to be a visceral and evocative release. Frontman Jeramie Kling elaborates on the album's thematic depth:
"At the outset of composing this album, I was overwhelmed by an inescapable sense of confinement. This confinement was not imposed by the creative process or the expectations of previous releases, but rather by the very fabric of our shared existence on this planet. Our world is in a state of profound crisis, and we are all witnessing its aftermath. It is as if a colossal conflagration has engulfed all that we hold dear and trust. I had initially conceived of myself, Taylor, and Terry being caught in these various traps on the cover as a blatant representation of being held captive by the world we inhabit. Also, witnessing our deaths cements the very real and foreboding feeling emitted by the term Death Metal.”

A Legacy Forged in Death Metal
INHUMAN CONDITION made a brutal entrance into the Florida death metal scene in late 2020. The trio quickly set themselves apart with their groove-heavy and aggressive sound, drawing from their extensive experience in legendary metal acts. Their debut album, Rat°God , was released in the spring of 2021 via their own Listenable Insanity Records, receiving critical acclaim from the metal community.
Building on this momentum, their sophomore effort, Fearsick , dropped the following summer, further solidifying their underground dominance. In 2023, the band released the Panic Prayer EP, a blistering continuation of their signature sound. Their relentless touring schedule has seen them share the stage with metal heavyweights such as Deicide, Vader, Hatebreed, Origin, and Kataklysm. Most recently, they performed at the prestigious 70k Tons of Metal Cruise in 2024.
