Progressive metal enthusiasts, get ready! Memphis-based band Fugitive Droids is set to release their most ambitious and heaviest record yet, titled "The Mechanical Maw," on July 9, 2024.

Fugitive Droids, a six-piece powerhouse from Memphis, TN, has been captivating audiences with their unique blend of progressive metal, experimental sounds, and alternative metal since their debut release in 2020. The group continues to infuse elements from their varied musical backgrounds, resulting in an ever-evolving sound that remains consistently heavy.

Following their initial six-song release "Boot Cycle" and a three-track EP in 2022, Fugitive Droids return with "The Mechanical Maw," an album that promises to be their most solid and intense work to date. With influences from Faith No More, Fear Factory, and System of a Down, the band effortlessly weaves in and out of various subgenres, bound only by their commitment to heaviness.
