Red Mesa, the heavy rock band from Albuquerque, New Mexico, has just released the official music video for their track "Dying in the Cold Sun," and it's a breathtaking journey through the rugged beauty of the Sandia Mountains.

The music video, which is surrounded with inspiring scenes of the Sandia Mountains, portrays the melancholy lyrics and the song's potent melody. In the process of the song, the viewers have an opportunity to enjoy the show of both Red Mesa plays and the heartfelt narration of someone who is on the last leg of his life.

Such juxtaposition between the band’s wild performance accompanied by the bleakness of the desert landscape brings about a nail-biting feeling of loneliness and threat. The instruments justify does scream and the cutting of the scene from and between the band's performance and the plot telling give the viewers an emotional rollercoaster ride.

“Dying in the Cold Sun” is a standout track from Red Mesa’s latest album, "Partial Distortions," which was released on April 19. The album, available via Desert Records in North America and Majestic Mountain Records in the UK and Europe, has been met with critical acclaim for its powerful sound and emotive storytelling.

On the surface, the Red Mesa music video displays an array of sights bigger than life and sounds that are psychedelic, through blending the saturation of doom rock with the alienation of desert rock. They are always excellent in releasing the sounds of great intensity along with the lyrics, and what people love to hear is that they have a great impact on the audience.

The debut of "In the Dying Cold Sun" video is the following manifestation of their efforts and will undoubtedly cement their position in the doom rock scene. Put in a very creative way, the incredible visuals and loud sound of Red Mesa would give this music band a very exceptional footprint in the music scene.
