It has been only three months since the debut EP "Parasitic Entity Psychosis", but evidently the Americans Corpse had the urgency to release new material; here they are so immediately back with a work that older school you can not: a demo tape of only two pieces. Six few minutes of that Death/Doom we learned about with the previous EP, but still marks steps forward for the (now) one man band from Salem, Oregon. And this essentially because on the production side the work has been decidedly more accurate: the sounds, in short, this time are all at the same volume. For the rest, T - ex-Shrine of the Serpent as his old appearance L, which we have failed to point out last time - does not pretend to invent absolutely again and simply part of the charge with an old Death / Doom school that at this turn takes inspiration above all - in our opinion - from the first works of the Asphyx, which you can very well find in the title-track "Butchery Obsession". In short, Ours seem to have finally put themselves on track: all that remains is to wait and see what the future will hold for the future. allaroundmetal
