Dark Reflection got one goal and one goal only, to bring back the golden 90’s era of Swedish melodic death metal! There is no denying the Swedish band grew up with legendary bands such as In Flames, At the Gates and Dark Tranquillity as Dark Reflection is heavily inspired by them. From songwriting, riffs and mix you can feel the 90’s energy flowing though their veins. The band’s 2021 self-titled EP laid the groundwork on what culminated into the full-length album Everlasting Night. Honing their skills, playing live for acts such as label mates Macabre Decay during the years. The debut music video, for the single House of Black, made to get the old Swedish music channel ZTV feel, quickly spread as the video got over 2,000 views within a few weeks. Their latest single Harvest continued this success with getting over 1,000 views in a couple of days. Safe to say there are still metalheads out there yearning for the classic melodic death metal sound and Dark Reflection will deliver.
