"Tales of Descension" takes the listener through a variety of styles from progressive metal to modern metal with elements of doom, and death metal. The vocals have a variety of clean to death metal style growls. The lyrics contain the concept of the human experience on a spiritual level taking the listeners through both the old and New Testament relating it to current day trials and tribulations and they also reflect on secret agendas within the political and religious beast systems. The music compliments the message by delivering a feel of aggression and a balance of light and dark emotions.
