I remember the chorus of one song, which was: "They washed, they washed, they washed it." As if it were a guide on how to create properly pissed off songs. And the French association BEYOND THE STYX on their album "Sentence" soaps it up properly, as if they wanted to call for a new revolution. They have awakened the gargoyles of old houses to life, and through the darkness they lead their victims to a new order. Their work is based on thrashing-soaked hardcore, in which the deadly metal has found its homeland. Yes, their work is properly based on old ways of being angry and it's pretty scary, but BEYOND THE STYX complicates the path to a new order with a modern conception of the genre approaching the mess of metalcore. BEYOND THE STYX is still pissed off and nasty, but some of the jams in the predatory drift feel like a lowering sluice gate. Fortunately, not frequent stopwatches, as if giving a stopwatch to the band itself before entering the forbidden territory for the bottom. The band lets in a few modern serepetics into their songs, but otherwise it smirks in the old fashioned way and even from the sound point of view it remains in the territory of old school dirty sharpness, which gives the the right uncompromisingness. - Hardmusicbase

Hit the road without counting the distance that separates the gig of tonight to the next, support each local scene so that Hardcore music exists today and tomorrow, rally the people to defend respect for difference, invite everyone to think about the drift of the values of our contemporary society so that our reality of today does not become our new Hell of tomorrow.
