In the shadow of the glamorous world of gamblers, FERAL LORD has been doing its disharmonious mischief for a short time. Last year the first unruly sounding EP "Victorious Hellfire" came out. Followed by the current black metal lump "Purity of Corruption" Even the accompanying record cover adorns a cursical being, which has its birthplace in the nightmare world. Here you can almost guess what shuddering matter will collapse on you in the next thirty-six minutes. This weird mud battle does not come from Scandinavian latitudes, but is based on the American salsify. The performed demonic tempo, which is composed of fast black metal, stocky death metal and doom-laced hatred, can easily be put into the same modern drawer with bands like DEATHSPELL OMEGA or the initial TEMPLE OF BAAL. Since neither great on the EP nor on the current debut atmospheric sounds are rarely heard, FERAL LORD keep it with the ice-cold variant of black metal. With the predominantly simple three-reef attack and the hoarse roar, the freshly decayed carcass is accused of eating. Let us get away with it.  - My Revelations
