Typical case where music is able to capture attention when the cover does everything to keep it away. Seriously folks, this is not a cover that will be released in 2020. Well, ahead. This Swedish band has a fantastic sound. Progressive rock, with some weight that will blink an eye to the classics - that beginning of the “Floodgate” reminds us of so much good that it is impossible for a progressive fan not to get stuck right away. It is not enough to do themes with more than six minutes, nor to have complex structures, it is necessary to have juice. Tasty and memorable. I know that the memorable thing nowadays is more and more complicated, with our memory being stretched to the limit by all the things that fight for its space, but taking into account the style, this set of themes is really strong. Unexpectedly and deliciously strong. The potential is enormous. - 8.5 / 10 - World Of Metal

”What happens when you love classic progressive rock, alternative rock and brilliant pop music? You make it very hard for yourself..... but despite that, PreHistoric Animals have gained huge success in all these areas. When they released their second album, The Magical Mystery Machine (chapter 1), they were praised by both the audience and the reviewers.

Samuel Granath and Stefan Altzar created the first album - Consider it a work of art in 2018 and when it was time for touring Noah Magnusson and Daniel Magdic (Ex. Pain of salvation) joined the band. The first Magical Mystery Machine tracks were written in 2019 and the album was released on September 30th 2020.”
