THE BEAST

The brass and other instruments are high in the mix and it is real cool! Most metal albums seem to bury anything extra under the guitar, but on this they don't do that. It's a more organic and orchestrated sound. A perfect assortment of sounds, creating a really heavy landscape of devastation! When I shut down my eyes and listen to this record, I feel like I am on that planet in that movie star gate or something some desolate desert with massive beasts moving about growling at tribal warriors.
