Dave Wolff

Tatius Wolff is an alternative metal project hailing from Australia, the brainchild of musician Stephen Wolff (ex-Oblique Visions). Many years in the making, this project first saw the light of day in 2017 with the release of the debut single Thumbscrews. The influences brought into this single were progressive rock, djent and early 90s death metal. For the debut full length to be released in 2019, Stephen Wolff is drawing on his inspiration from Type O Negative, Tool, Deftones and Nine Inch Nails. Mixing atmosphere, gothic themes and heavy guitars is a bold testament to the idea that age has no bearing on desire to create a new and inventive musical statement from one’s own imagination.
