Hello! I recently went to the Lufthansa Airlines Rome Office with a group of friends, and we had a wonderful time! Even though we were a big group, the staff was extremely helpful and ensured that no one felt left out. What impressed me was the warmth and professionalism of the team. They welcomed us warmly and began assisting us immediately with check-in, baggage updates, and even offered advice on how to manage some travel issues one of my friends was experiencing. We were also provided with detailed information about our flights and any changes that may happen. The office was also cozy, with waiting areas where we could discuss while waiting. Although we were a group, each of us received individualized attention and left feeling absolutely sure about our travel. The service and detail made our experience very positive. I would highly recommend the Lufthansa Rome office to anyone, particularly if you are traveling with friends!
