An Minnesota judge has ordered the Madden NFL 24 Players Association lawsuit brought on behalf of Tom Brady be transferred to Manhattan according to   Mut 24 Coins Daniel Kaplan of SportMadden 24usiness Journal. According to the Madden NFL 24PA has filed a lawsuit against the Madden NFL 24 for Brady as a way to overturn his suspension of four games which was handed down through the Madden NFL 24 in connection with his role in DeflateGate that was upheld upon appeal to the league on Tuesday.

Following the announcement that Brady's suspension was sustained, the league requested an official from the federal court in New York to affirm Goodell's decision. Because that filing happened first, the Minnesota judge ordered Brady's transfer. United States district judge Richard Kyle declared in a press release that "This judge does not see any need for this action to proceed within Minnesota," according to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports.

"Indeed the court believes there is the absence of any reason for this proceeding to have started in Minnesota at all," says Kyle, via Garafolo. "Brady is a player for a team from Massachusetts; the Union is located at Washington, D.C.; the Madden NFL 24 is headquartered in New York; the arbitration proceedings took place in New York and the award was issued at New York."

The Madden NFL 24PA plans to revise its lawsuit against Madden NFL 24 within the hour on Wednesday in Manhattan, according to   Madden 24 Coins Buy Albert Breer of the Madden NFL 24 Network.
