For my first trip in a long time, I went with Allegiant because of their reasonable prices. I opted to talk to someone at the Allegiant Air Austin Office before my trip because I had some questions. The personnel was amiable and extremely knowledgeable. They printed my boarding pass, assisted me with bag check-in, and addressed all of my inquiries regarding carry-on baggage. I felt calm and secure when I walked away from the desk. I didn't think a low-cost airline would provide such excellent service, but they did. It improved my entire experience.
