In Greek mythology,  Tartarus  is the deep abyss that is used as a dungeon of torment and suffering for the wicked and as the prison for the Titans.

Such a description is apt for the atmosphere created by the powerful new  Evocatus  single  Tartarus,   the titled track off their forthcoming melodic metal masterpiece, due out October 30th.

The new track see's the Newcastle shredders push their skills of composition to new boundaries, resulting in a dynamic journey that begins in a sombre tone but builds steadily into a earth-shattering death-march.
