The Morbidfest announcement arrives as Narcotic Wasteland continues promoting its latest single, “Fentanyl Zombie Apocalypse,” which is out now worldwide .
Driven by punishing riffs, razor-sharp musicianship, and unflinching social commentary, “Fentanyl Zombie Apocalypse” confronts the devastating impact of the synthetic opioid crisis. The track continues Narcotic Wasteland 's tradition of tackling addiction, corruption, and societal decay through uncompromising death metal.
The single was released alongside the band's Fentanyl Zombie Apocalypse Tour , which brought Narcotic Wasteland to stages across the United States throughout August, with support from acts including Visitant , Monochromatic Black , Yotuma , and IATT on select dates.
Now, with the new single out and the Morbidfest European dates officially announced, Narcotic Wasteland is carrying its attack overseas.

The uncompromising death metal project led by former Nile guitarist and vocalist Dallas Toler-Wade has officially been announced as part of the 2026 Morbidfest European tour , joining a powerhouse lineup featuring I Am Morbid , Atheist , and Cancer .
Narcotic Wasteland will appear on eight dates spanning the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland, bringing their brand of brutal, technically precise death metal to European audiences this November and December.
