FALLING IN REVERSE UNLEASH “JOSEPH” FEATURING COREY TAYLOR & SERJ TANKIAN

New Single Marks the First Time Slipknot’s Corey Taylor and System of a Down’s Serj Tankian Have Performed Together on a Song

Falling In Reverse are back with their first new song in more than a year, and they have returned with an absolutely massive collaboration.

The band has unleashed “Joseph,” a new single featuring guest vocals from two of modern hard rock and metal’s most recognizable voices, Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor and System of a Down vocalist Serj Tankian.

The collaboration marks the first time Taylor and Tankian have performed together on the same song, bringing two iconic vocalists together alongside Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke for one seriously heavyweight track.

The song also arrives with a cinematic official music video directed by Jensen Noen, featuring appearances from both Corey Taylor and Serj Tankian.

A Song With a Personal Title

“Joseph” takes its title from Ronnie Radke’s middle name, giving the new track a more personal connection to the Falling In Reverse frontman.

The release follows the band’s massive 2024 album Popular Monster, which has continued to rack up enormous numbers since its release. The album has accumulated more than four billion streams and is nearing platinum status.

Falling In Reverse have also established a reputation for bringing unexpected artists into their world.

Their 2024 single “All My Life,” featuring country-rock superstar Jelly Roll, became a major crossover success. The track spent five weeks at No. 1 on the rock radio charts, debuted at No. 1 across Billboard’s hard rock charts, and went on to spend 11 weeks at No. 1 on the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart.

Then came “God Is a Weapon,” featuring Marilyn Manson, which has reportedly surpassed 350 million streams while also finding a massive audience through TikTok.

Now, “Joseph” adds another heavyweight collaboration to the band's growing catalog.

Corey Taylor Meets Serj Tankian

The pairing of Corey Taylor and Serj Tankian is arguably the biggest talking point surrounding the new track.

Taylor has spent decades at the forefront of Slipknot while also building a successful solo career and extensive body of work outside the band. Tankian, meanwhile, has been the unmistakable voice of System of a Down, known for his distinctive delivery and genre-defying approach.

Hearing those two voices collide on a Falling In Reverse track makes “Joseph” a particularly notable release.

Rather than simply bringing in another guest vocalist, Falling In Reverse have assembled a three-way vocal combination involving artists who have each carved out very different identities within heavy music.

And yes, that's one hell of a guest list.

Falling In Reverse Continue Their Run

Since the release of Popular Monster, Falling In Reverse have continued expanding their reach well beyond the traditional boundaries of heavy music. Their ability to combine metal, hard rock, hip-hop, pop, electronic elements and massive production has helped make the band one of the most commercially visible acts in the modern rock scene.

“Joseph” continues that trajectory while bringing together three distinctive frontmen for a collaboration that is impossible to overlook.

With Corey Taylor and Serj Tankian joining Ronnie Radke, Falling In Reverse have once again gone big.
