Bend, Oregon – The blackened thrash storm known as Gravewitch has erupted once more. Their long-awaited self-titled 10-track album , Gravewitch , is out now via Rock Sun Records and Virgin Music Group —a savage declaration of pure extreme metal mastery from one of Oregon’s most uncompromising underground forces.

Blending Thrash, Black, Death, and Melodic Metal , Gravewitch is a relentless strike forged in fury and precision. Fans of Kreator, Dark Funeral, and Uada will be consumed by its vicious energy, chilling atmosphere, and razor-edged songwriting.

Recorded and mixed by Johnny Davis at 1988 Recording Studio in Bend and mastered by Jay Maas , this record is the pure embodiment of the band’s evolution—raw, melodic, and utterly destructive. Chris Fleming commands guitars, vocals, and bass, while Andrew Ingraham delivers the thunder behind the kit. Together, they forge a sound that’s equal parts chaos and control.

A DECADE OF DARKNESS AND DEVOTION

Born in 2013 in Bend, Oregon, Gravewitch began as a two-man assault driven by a shared love for old-school aggression and modern blackened atmosphere. Their early releases— Soul Reaper (2015) and The Summoning (2020)—cemented their name as one of the Pacific Northwest’s fiercest underground acts.

Over the years, they’ve toured relentlessly and shared stages with metal heavyweights like Warbringer, Goatwhore, Crypta, Uada, Flotsam and Jetsam, Beyond Creation, Nervosa, and more. Whether tearing through small venues or commanding festival stages, Gravewitch delivers one thing every night—total obliteration.

THE NEW ALBUM

Gravewitch (2025) is their most ambitious release yet—ten tracks that fuse the brutality of death metal, the speed of thrash, and the darkness of black metal with haunting melodic layers. Each song is a weapon, each riff a battle cry.

Lyrically, Fleming explores rebellion, war, and the unrelenting struggle between shadow and flame. The singles “Mistress of Hate” (directed by Ritual Video) and “Damnable Evil” (lyric video by Tsunami Films) bring the band’s vision to life visually—grim, powerful, and steeped in the occult aesthetic that defines their sound.
