Sweden’s thrash metal warlords Methane return with a vengeance, dropping the official lyric video for “A Blood Red Sky” — a searing anthem of defiance, honor, and survival. Originally featured on their acclaimed album Kill It With Fire (released January 27, 2023), the track explodes as a tribute to the unbreakable spirit of Native Americans and their refusal to surrender. The lyric video will be released on November 7, 2025.

If you’ve ever been told to vanish, this is your battle cry. “A Blood Red Sky” hits like a war hammer, combining old-school fury with Methane’s signature thrash intensity. Led by Tim Scott on vocals and bass, the band tears through the track with razor-sharp riffs from Jimi Mästerbo and Markus Grundström, while Richard Fredriksson’s drums hit like thunder from the plains.
