KHLAD Unleashes Haunting New Album “Chrysalis” — A Journey Through Transformation and Oblivion

Moscow, Russian Federation – Atmospheric/Post-black metal visionaries KHLAD have released their newest album, Chrysalis, now available on all major streaming platforms. This harrowing and majestic release plunges deep into the abyss of human transformation, exploring the philosophical descent from nihilism into self-deification and eventual demise.

Hailing from Moscow, KHLAD evokes a chilling atmosphere that echoes the soundscapes of Mgła, Shining, and Dissection, delivering a sound both haunting and transcendent. Chrysalis is more than just a record — it is an emotional and existential metamorphosis set to music.

From moments of bleak introspection to soaring passages of blackened beauty, Chrysalis tells the story of a soul that confronts the void, rejects its former self, and emerges as something entirely new — a self-made god that carves purpose from chaos, only to finally embrace death with completeness.

For fans of the profound and the feral, of smoke-wreathed melodies and blistering catharsis, Chrysalis is a must-listen — a soundtrack to becoming.
