CHRIS MARAGOTH UNLEASHES POLITICALLY CHARGED NEW SINGLE “HISTORY ON REPEAT”
Featuring Cherry Summerfield of July15th – Out Now!

Magdeburg, Germany – Solo metal artist Chris Maragoth returns with a powerful new single, “History On Repeat,” available now on all major streaming platforms, digital music stores, and Bandcamp. Released on May 30, 2025, this hard-hitting track features the intense vocal talents of Cherry Summerfield, frontwoman of the German band July15th, marking their second collaboration following the success of “Remembrance” from Maragoth’s acclaimed 2023 album Gatherer of Souls.

Blending Modern Metal and Melodic Metal with female-fronted extreme vocals, History On Repeat offers a dynamic listening experience that fans of Arch Enemy, Jinjer, and Spiritbox will instantly connect with. The song’s crushing instrumentals and haunting melodies underscore a deeply relevant lyrical message, addressing the global rise of far-right ideologies, increasing social division, and the fading of collective empathy.

“History On Repeat” was mixed and mastered by JokerTone Studios (Germany), delivering a polished yet visceral sonic assault that reinforces the track’s critical themes. The release continues Chris Maragoth’s tradition of compelling, emotionally resonant music with a conscience.
