FIRST JASON, the horror metal powerhouse fronted by Friday the 13th icon Ari Lehman , has officially signed with CDN RECORDS , marking a new chapter in their relentless rise through the heavy music underground. Known for his role as the original Jason Voorhees, Lehman now channels that same menacing energy into every face-melting performance—this time with a keytar slashing through the mix like a machete.

Formed in 2004, FIRST JASON has toured across the U.S., UK, and Europe, building a devoted cult following through electrifying live shows, a relentless DIY ethic, and genre-defying songwriting. Their unique blend of horror-themed theatrics, jazz-trained musicianship, punk attitude, and world music influences sets them apart in a crowded metal landscape.
