WAVES WITHOUT SOUND Releases New Single 'BOND' from Forthcoming Album ESCAPE

Sydney, Australia – Progressive rock/metal project WAVES WITHOUT SOUND , led by multi-instrumentalist and composer Philip Brown , has just released its new single, "BOND" , from the highly anticipated debut album, ESCAPE . The single is now available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music , with a visualizer video available on YouTube .

'BOND' is a 12-minute progressive metal epic that captures the full range of WAVES WITHOUT SOUND’s sonic exploration. The track blends extreme metal with harsh vocals, a dynamic and intricate instrumental section featuring multiple odd time signature changes, calm acoustic folk moments, and soaring guitar solos. The song takes the listener on a journey through various musical themes and genres, serving as a powerful preview of the album's broader musical vision.

This release comes ahead of ESCAPE , the debut full-length album, set to drop on June 3, 2025 . ESCAPE promises to explore themes of isolation, self-discovery, and the raw power of the ocean, drawing influence from bands like Opeth , Dream Theater , Alcest , and Gentle Giant .

About the Album ESCAPE: ESCAPE features five expansive tracks spanning 44 minutes of intricate compositions, dynamic shifts, and deep emotional storytelling. The album was mixed by Kevin Shirley (Dream Theater, Iron Maiden) and mastered by Brett Caldas-Lima (Ayreon, Devin Townsend). Alongside Philip Brown’s vocals, guitars, and keyboards, Robin Stone , a renowned Australian drummer, performs the drums on the album.
