Montreal, Canada – The acclaimed female-fronted metal band AraPacis is thrilled to announce the release of their latest album, Nucleus of Chaos, coming November 25, 2024, via Bullseye Records of Canada, Inc. Available on all major streaming services, the album will also see a CD release in January 2025, distributed by Bongo Beat Records, Montreal.

Since their formation in 2003, AraPacis has been a pillar of Montreal’s music scene, known for their unique fusion of 1970s Hard Rock and Progressive Rock with modern influences of Prog Metal, Doom Metal, and Metalcore. Led by Scots vocalist Michelle Macpherson and guitarist Jerry Fielden, the band brings a bold sound, enhanced by the remarkable skills of 13-year-old keyboard prodigy Gillan Macpherson-Briggs, who has been mentored by David Stone (Rainbow).

On Nucleus of Chaos, AraPacis collaborates with several notable guest artists, including renowned keyboardist Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater, Sons of Apollo), who lends his signature style to the track “Let In Love.” The album also features guest cellist Phil Mius d’Entremont on “Epitaph Epiphany.”

AraPacis has shared the stage with legends like Blaze Bayley, Uli Jon Roth, Anvil, Raven, The Agonist, and Doro, earning a strong reputation in the metal community. Their impressive discography now includes 10 full-length albums and 3 EPs.
