Originally founded in 1996, Oradea, Romania based Extreme Metallers DECAY underwent some rough times along the way, but finally the band has a new steady formula and is ready to raise hell. Loud Rage Music is proud to announce the start of a collaboration that will lead to DECAY releasing their long-waited debut studio album in 2019.
