    As a fate, Eaten by Sharks is a pretty bad way to go. It’s second only to being fucked by bears. What’s worse than being fucked by bears? I digress. Last year, Eaten by Sharks independently released their debut album ‘Eradication’ and now, this year has CDN Records reissuing that debut album on CD.

                What this reissue of ‘Eradication’ allows is for Eaten by Sharks to reach a much wider technical death metal/deathcore demographic. Not only does the listener get ‘Eradication’ in all its seven tracks, 27-and-a-half-minute power, but they’ll also get two extra bonus tracks in the shape of instrumental versions of ‘Depth Charge’ and ‘Dead Weight’ in case you fancy a sing song yourself or just generally curious as to how Eaten by Sharks develop a song.

                If you’re not a fan of deathcore or tech death, then there is nothing here that this reissue of ‘Eradication’ will do for you. However, if you are a big fan of the genre, then having this album widely available means that you have a better chance of tracking one down and adding it to your collection.  Metal Digest

The CDN Records reissue includes two bonus instrumental songs that were selected because of their unique approach to progressive tech death. These songs are the ones that have been requested the most by our fan base, and they have some really creative vocals. They highlight the work of the instruments, as well as giving the listener a bed track if they want to attempt to sing along to Matt’s vocals.
