Ex-EXILED, ex-DEADWITCH guitarist Luis Amaro, Portugal, turned a project originally planned as an instrumental band into a real combo. Amongst others you can find ANNIHILATOR bassist Rich Gray and EXXOCET singer Lukky Sparxx in the line up. And the instrumental idea is also history. On 'Electic Life' there are five well-arranged, cleanly recorded tracks in the intersection of hard rock and melodic metal. Not necessarily the classic run-of-the-mill music, they try to stand out from the given musical corridor. Versatility is certainly a factor that is extremely important for men. You can see and hear that in the really excellent guitar work and the not entirely flawless vocal lines, which ensure that you don't drift off into the cutesy-soppy. The changes in tempo and rhythm also create moments of tension. A certain heaviness cannot be denied either. 'Someone Else' is representative of the events on the short album. Also strong, the straight instrumental 'Fill Electric', which has some nice goosebump moments ready. 'Electric Life' is a successful surprise from a band that hopefully won't be dismissed as a flash in the pan. saitenkult
