The Pauline Principle formed in 2020 during the severe COVID-19 pandemic as an online collaboration of four musicians from Russia, Germany and the USA sharing the passion for straightforward metal-core. The Pauline Principle combines essential metal-core ingredients to create a heavy sound that is pleasantly familiar but still original. The name of the band goes back to the biblical Pauline Principle which says that evil may never be done for the sake of good. In other words: the end never justifies the means. Their second released song, which is self-titled, deals with this principle that can be applied to countless situations and even historic events.
