When I took on the idea of stepping out of my comfort zone with music after 20 something yrs and going solo along with a genre I had never experimented with before I think I about lost my Insanity 3k times.
I came up with Skogarmaor  in 2020 but didn't fully dive into it until my metal career had seemingly came to an end..
So much work went into my album and the imagery and for once I felt free because if it fails I only have myself to blame.
As an artist I battled myself many times on placements of instruments and melodies and eventually fought myself to finish each track lol.
I set  some goals up for this project and made a promise I would not give up on myself till I acheived them but if I'm honest these goals have came to life a lot quicker than I had ever imagined and still yet I can not share them all with the world but in due time I will.
The first one was being a signed artist and working with a label.
A big thanks to Metal Devastation PR and Zachary Moonshine  for taking me on as client and spreading my album all over the place before its release date. Other PR companies turned me down because they didn't know how to Market my product cause it couldn't classify as "metal" and its not a traditional style folk.
Just when I was about to give up on a label I was contacted by 2 labels. The first one felt like I was about to lose all of my rights to my material and just take me for every penny I had and the other just didn't seemed to be enthusiastic with their artist so with that I bowed my head once more but I kept sending out my EPK kits to labels.
 Then out of no where Sid Ryder  from Inner Demon Media/Inner Demon Records  reached out to me.
I knew within the first 20 mins of chatting with him that I had found the perfect label for SKOGARMAOR .
I'm extremely excited about this journey and the opportunities that he has put forth and I look forward to our future and partnership!
Dec 30th! The Croom Sagas will hit all major streaming stores released by Inner Demon Records.

Short Bio: From the foggy mountains of the Appalachia comes forth this new musical adventure from ex black metal musician Zeb Croom ( Oculum Dei, Turris Ruina) First created in the fall of 2020 a mix of Appalachia folk with Nordic folk with dark ambient storytelling.
